OUR CSA PROGRAM IS ON HOLD FOR NOW. HVR relocated to Washington State in 2012. We are working on a demonstration garden but look forward to an opportunity to offer a CSA in the future.

Based on front-edge science, our goal is to offer as many different varieties of open pollinated and heirloom vegetables, fruits, herbs, nuts and berries as possible.

Whole health requires optimal plant:

Structure: Proper phyto-elementary structure of the plant, grown in soil with restored microbial mass.

Color: Nutritional content varies with variety and color, therefore it is best to eat an array of colorful produce.

Maturity: Produce ripened to its full maturity in the ground or on the tree or vine, picked fresh, maximizes nutrient content.

Produce available this season:

Almonds*, Apples, Apricots*, Artichokes, Asparagus, Asian Pears*, Basil, Bay, Beets, Bell Peppers, Berries, Bok Choy, Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflower, Celery, Chard, Cilantro, Coriander, Corn, Cucumbers, Dry Beans, Edible Flowers, Eggplant, Fava Beans, Fennel, Fresh Peas, Garlic, Grapes*, Green Beans, Green Leaf Lettuces, Green Oak Lettuces, Green Onions, Kale, Kohlrabi, Melons, Mint, Mustard Greens, Nectarines*, Olives*, Onions, Parsley, Peaches*, Pears, Peppers, Plums, Pomegranates*, Potatoes, Pumpkins, Radishes, Red Romaine, Spinach, Strawberries, Summer Squash, Sunflowers, Tomatillos, Tomatoes, Turnips, Walnuts*, Winter Squash and more!
